Pro-Ject Essential III - Ringo Starr Peace & Love

This collaboration between Pro-Ject Audio Systems and Universal Music Group celebrates the 30th anniversary of Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band. This live rock supergroup has delivered one extraordinary show after another for the past three decades. Ringo Starr personally invites highly esteemed artists and friends to join his All Starr Band. This is exactly how this special record player - namely by Ringo Starr - was created.

The Ringo Starr Peace & Love is based on a Pro-Ject Essential III, which is equipped with an acrylic turntable ex works. In addition, high quality audiophile components such as an Ortofon OM10 pickup, a diamond-cut aluminium drive spool and a first-class MDF chassis were used. The built-in motor guarantees optimal synchronisation stability. The acrylic turntable not only improves the playback quality by suppressing unwanted resonances, but also offers the viewer a glimpse of the great artwork of the turntable.

Ringo Starr has worked on this artwork for several years. It has grown together with him and reflects his attachment to love, togetherness and devotion. These values have accompanied Ringo Starr throughout his life, are part of every performance of his All Starr Band and have now also found their place on this record player. The Peace & Love comes with a dust cover and a high quality Connect it E Phono RCA cable. With this cable the turntable can be connected to any external phono preamplifier. External phono preamplifiers offer playback qualities that phono preamps built into turntables cannot provide. With a great sounding phono preamplifier you can experience all the details of your vinyl records with this turntable.
