Il sistema di videoconferenza celexon VKS2040 garantisce videochiamate di qualità, con suono e nitidezza immagine ottimali. Tramite il telecomando in dotazione, è possibile gestire la videocamera in modo intuitivo, mentre il menù onboard consente di regolare la qualità di ripresa e gestire lo spazio in memoria, che include oltre 255 di opzioni preimpostate.  Il microfono incluso nella fornitura è in grado di rilevare voci e suoni entro un raggio di azione di max. 3 m, l'altoparlante raggiunge un volume di riproduzione massimo di 80 dB. Con una risoluzione Full HD (1920x1080@30fps), la videocamera celexon garantisce riprese e immagini di qualità. Con un campo visivo di 72° (HOV) è possibile riprendere contemporaneamente 6-8 partecipanti e, grazie alla sua ottica motorizzata, è possibile ruotare e inclinare l'immagine rispettivamente di  -170° / +173° e  -30° / + 90°. La videocamera dispone inoltre di messa a  fuoco automatica e di zoom 10x, in grado di catturare anche oggetti e persone da lontano, in modo chiaro e ben riconoscibile. La videocamera VKS2040 può essere collegata ad un PC tramite il cavo USB 2.0 A-A (incluso) o, alternativamente, alla rete tramite cavo RS232 -DIN8M- non incluso nella fornitura.  La conference camera VKS2040 mette a disposizione dell'utente una vasta gamma di funzioni in grado di ottimizzare le videochiamate. Tra le molteplici funzionalità, il bilanciamento automatico del bianco (AWB - Automatic White Balance) è una preimpostazione che permette alla videocamera di adattarsi al livello di luminosità dell'ambiente, in modo da riprendere oggetti e partecipanti in modo chiaro, restituendo così una luminosità omogenea e bilanciata. Al variare del rapporto di luci e ombre del proprio ufficio, la videocamera si adatta automaticamente, e non è dunque necessario interrompere il proprio meeting per modificarne le impostazioni. MENÙ ONBOARD | Il menù onboard consente di impostare e regolare le funzioni delle videocamere PTZ (P = Pan | T = Tilt | Z = Zoom), motivo per il quale questa tipologia di conferencecam è la più utilizzata negli ambienti business. Tra le impostazioni possibili ricordiamo l'autofocus e il tempo di reazione della messa a fuoco. Dopo aver selezionato i parametri desiderati, è possibile memorizzarli tramite una combinazione di tasti sul telecomando.
