On the contrary, the ultra-light and low-friction aluminum tonearm is optimized for the Ortofon cartridge and unfolds its purest potential. The Primary E Phono has a switchable phono or line output, which allows it to be operated with a dedicated external phono amplifier or via the integrated phono amplifier directly to a line input (e.g. AUX, CD, tuner, tape, etc.).

Through intelligent construction and without unnecessary features, Pro-Ject was able to keep the price attractive despite European handwork. So the Primary E Phono offers maximum sound quality at a fair price.
