The WA87 R2 is equipped with high-quality, fully discrete components such as NOS fairchild transistors, WIMA/Nichicon capacitors and a true Cinemag output transformer from the USA. The microphone also features a reproduction of the famous K-87 double diaphragm/double backplate capsule used in the 87s.
